• The one thing you might be doing that's making your life harder than it needs to be when it comes to setting limits with your kids. (Almost all parents are and don't know).
• You'll leave with a clear plan of what you need to know to keep your child thriving, and tips for how to get your child to take ownership of their screen-time in a way that feels better for them and you. 

We'll share with you how to help them to take the best of what tech has to offer, and how to teach them to skillfully navigate through the worst.
