1. You are always welcome on every call. Whether you wish to share a win or a challenge, or just be there to soak up the MFA Magic of our amazing community, your presence is a gift, and we thank you for it.
2. No problem is too big or too small. If it is happening in your life, and you care about it, we care too! Even if you can't articulate what you're feeling, but you know you want support around it, we encourage you to please speak up! Your voice allows someone else in our community to find theirs too.
3. How to submit a Q for the week: please fill out this form here. I review it the day before each call, and I do my best to address all questions each week. I cannot guarantee that I will get to each and every question as I prefer to go deep on each answer rather than skim the surface. If your question does not get answered please submit it again the following week if you still need help with it, and I will place you top of queue.
4. In general, I do not answer questions when you can't be on, as the wisdom for your situation emerges between us, not solely from me. But... if you live in Australia and literally can't make the call ever because it would be your 1 AM, or you have some other extenuating circumstance that means you cannot ever take out even 30 minutes to join part of a call, then let me know please, and I will find a way to address your question for you. You are still part of us, and we want to be sure we are taking care of you.
5. All calls remain up for two weeks only, except for the First Friday Fire Circle Calls, which remain up for one month.
