I get it. It's a weird time. And we have got a problem on our hands with our kids' anxiety.

Ever more troubling because the rates of anxiety in our youth were already skyrocketing, even BEFORE an invisible virus shut the world down. And how is it we are supposed to keep our kids calm and hopeful when we ourselves may be ever so slightly freaking out?
